Evil from within,

defiling what the Father has molded

in the palm of His hand.




For from within, out of the heart of men, proceed evil thoughts, adultery, fornication, murder, theft, covetousness, wickedness, deceit, licentiousness, an evil eye, blasphemy, pride and foolishness.  All these evil things come from within and defile a man.

Mark 7:21-23

I took this picture from the top of Mount Willard, in Crawford Notch, New Hampshire, a couple weeks ago. just imagine standing up there, feeling the wind blow, knowing that God’s voice is not in the wind, but in the whispered silence that follows. ~ The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord , for the Lord is about to pass by.” Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord , but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.     After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. 1 Kings 19:11-12

Thank you Lord, for the good things. You give me a wife to adore, one filled with goodness, one who stands beside me in faith and takes my hand during every struggle. You give children who radiate the gift of your love, entrusted to parents who cherish. You give grandchildren who bring joy in these years when your grace overflows. If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts unto your children, how much more shall your Father who is in Heaven give good things to them that ask Him? Matthew 7:11
