Grace,

a moment of crossing the waters,

a moment of feeling the warmth of a touch,

a moment of knowing something more than this world is offered,

a moment of drawing near,

a moment of saying 'Yes' to His divine mercy.





My grace is sufficient for you,

for My power is perfected in weakness.

I took this picture from the top of Mount Willard, in Crawford Notch, New Hampshire, a couple weeks ago. just imagine standing up there, feeling the wind blow, knowing that God’s voice is not in the wind, but in the whispered silence that follows. ~ The Lord said, “Go out and stand on the mountain in the presence of the Lord , for the Lord is about to pass by.” Then a great and powerful wind tore the mountains apart and shattered the rocks before the Lord , but the Lord was not in the wind. After the wind there was an earthquake, but the Lord was not in the earthquake.     After the earthquake came a fire, but the Lord was not in the fire. And after the fire came a gentle whisper. 1 Kings 19:11-12

Thank you Lord, for the good things. You give me a wife to adore, one filled with goodness, one who stands beside me in faith and takes my hand during every struggle.
